At NaariGlow, we offer customized and made-to-order products. Since each item is specially crafted, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we ensure customer satisfaction in the following cases:

1. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos (video optional) of the product and packaging

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
• After this period, orders cannot be canceled as processing begins

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Important Note

• Minor variations in color/design may occur due to customization
• Customers are requested to review order details carefully before placing the order
